Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://www.guulabuuyal.com and the Guula Buuyal Kidneys app (together, the "Service"), operated by Guula Buuyal ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
 

1. Not medical advice
 

The Service provides general health information, education, and support about kidney health and nutrition. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, dietetic, or clinical care. The information is not prescriptive and is for support and education only. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional about your own situation. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 000 (or your local emergency number).
 

2. Eligibility
 

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
 

3. Your account
 

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, not share your account, and tell us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
 

4. Acceptable use
 

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; infringe others' rights; send malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; disrupt the Service; send spam; or use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
 

5. Payments and refunds
 

The Guula Buuyal Kidneys app is free to download and use. 
 

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Sophus Nutrition (Health Management Pty Ltd) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
 

7. Cultural knowledge and language
 

The name Guula Buuyal ("Body Strong") was gifted in the Gunggandji language by Dr Darryl Murgha, a Gunggandji Elder and Traditional Owner. We acknowledge that Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property — including language, knowledge, stories, and artwork shared in this resource — remains connected to the communities and people it comes from, and is used with their permission. It may not be reproduced or reused without the consent of the relevant community or knowledge holders.
 

8. Your consumer rights (Australian Consumer Law)
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
 

9. Limitation of liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to section 8), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
 

10. "As is" availability
 

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to section 8), the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
 

11. Termination
 

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service stops.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland.
